No, you don’t need a referral. We can be your first point of call. If we feel you need to see your GP or another specialist we can refer to the right person.

Our initial appointments are 50 minutes long, to allow a thorough consultation. If you have more than one injury or condition you would like to discuss, you may need an extended consultation, please follow up with an email prior to or after making your booking.
Your initial consultation will include a thorough assessment, a tailored treatment plan that includes therapy, a customised exercise plan, and education.
Follow up consultations are either 50minutes or 30minutes and are booked as necessary.

To ensure the best assessment and treatment, the injured body site will need to be accessible for therapy. Clients are encouraged to bring comfortable and appropriate clothes such as shorts and/or a vest top.

Our appointments are 50 minutes long, allowing you to be guided through exercises and movement with each piece of equipment.

You’re encouraged to where something you feel comfortable moving in, leggings or shorts and a t-shirt is a common choice.
Shoes are not worn during the session so clean socks are recommended.

Our studio is equipped with Reformers, Towers, Fuse Ladders, Wunda Chairs, Barrels, and small props to support a varied and dynamic experience.

NO! Not at all, the studio equipment can meet you exactly where you are TODAY.
No need to do anything or change anything about who you are. Allow the equipment and the sessions to support you towards your goal.
