  • A minimum notice period of 30 days is required to cancel a membership.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or your online booking account.

  • A minimum pause period may apply.

  • Requests must be made in advance and supported by relevant information where appropriate.

Class Bookings & Attendance

  • Classes must be booked in advance via our booking system.

  • Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window (e.g. 12 or 24 hours) to avoid loss of class credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your allowance.

Hybrid & Livestream Classes

  • Some classes are delivered in a hybrid format, meaning the instructor is livestreamed while clients attend in person.

  • For these sessions, hands-on cueing is not provided to ensure equal instruction for all participants.
