Membership Agreement Terms
Nutrio Physio & Pilates
Broughty Ferry, Dundee
These Membership Agreement Terms ("Agreement") outline the conditions of membership with Nutrio Physio & Pilates ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.
Membership Overview
Memberships provide access to selected classes and/or services as outlined at the time of purchase.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
Membership options, pricing, and inclusions are detailed on our website or in-studio and may be updated from time to time.
Payments & Billing
Memberships are billed via recurring monthly payments.
Payments are collected automatically on the agreed billing date.
It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are kept up to date.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of membership access until payment is resolved.
Minimum Commitment & Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis.
A minimum notice period of 30 days is required to cancel a membership.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or your online booking account.
Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-billing cycle; access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Pauses & Freezes
Memberships may be paused for medical reasons or extended holidays, subject to approval.
A minimum pause period may apply.
Requests must be made in advance and supported by relevant information where appropriate.
Class Bookings & Attendance
Classes must be booked in advance via our booking system.
Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window (e.g. 12 or 24 hours) to avoid loss of class credit.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your allowance.
Hybrid & Livestream Classes
Some classes are delivered in a hybrid format, meaning the instructor is livestreamed while clients attend in person.
For these sessions, hands-on cueing is not provided to ensure equal instruction for all participants.
Livestream access is for personal use only and must not be recorded or shared.
Health & Safety
By participating, you confirm that you are medically fit to take part in exercise or have been cleared by a healthcare professional.
You agree to inform us of any changes to your health, injuries, pain, or pregnancy prior to participation.
You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks and agree to participate at your own pace and comfort level.
Physiotherapy & Clinical Services
Physiotherapy services are provided in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Appointments cancelled late or missed may be charged in line with our cancellation policy.
Clinical advice is specific to the individual and session provided.
Studio Etiquette & Conduct
We ask all members to act respectfully toward staff and fellow clients.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
Changes to Classes or Schedule
We reserve the right to amend class timetables, instructors, formats, or studio operations where necessary.
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
