Experience the variety and flow of Pilates in motion. This dynamic class moves you around the studio through a series of equipment stations—including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Fuse Ladder.

Each circuit blends strength, mobility, and control, helping you build balanced power and ease of movement. Guided by expert instructors, you’ll be supported to move with precision and confidence, at a pace that feels both energising and mindful.

Ideal for those who enjoy variety and a sense of progression within a calm, encouraging studio environment.

Pilates & Yoga Mat Classes

Experience mindful movement that strengthens, lengthens, and restores. These small group mat classes range from gentle beginner sessions that focus on posture and core awareness, to more dynamic, strength-based options designed to challenge coordination and stability.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture while promoting calm focus and ease of movement. Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll receive personal attention and expert guidance to help you move safely and confidently at your own pace.

Held in our bright, first-floor studio overlooking the beach and sand dunes, these classes offer a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself, breathe deeply, and build strength from the inside out.

One-to-One studio Pilates Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, each session adjusted to suit exactly how you feel on that day.

  • Our appointments are 50 minutes long, allowing you to be guided through exercises and movement with each piece of equipment.

  • You’re encouraged to where something you feel comfortable moving in, leggings or shorts and a t-shirt is a common choice.

    Shoes are not worn during the session so clean socks are recommended.

  • Our studio is equipped with Reformers, Towers, Fuse Ladders, Wunda Chairs, Barrels, and small props to support a varied and dynamic experience.

  • NO! Not at all, the studio equipment can meet you exactly where you are TODAY.

    No need to do anything or change anything about who you are. Allow the equipment and the sessions to support you towards your goal.

  • We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Late cancellations and no shows will be charged a fee.   We understand sometimes life can throw a curveball, and we do our best to help at times like this.  Please contact us for advice.
