FROM PHYSIOTHERAPY INTO PILATES
Recovery is just the beginning.
Once the immediate concern is addressed, clinical Pilates offers a powerful next step — bridging the gap between recovery and returning to full, confident movement. Ailsa works closely with the Nutrio Pilates team to make that transition seamless, whether that's progressing into 1:1 equipment sessions or joining one of our small group Studio Circuit classes.
You don't need to figure out the path ahead on your own. We'll guide you through it.
