Pilates at home, on the days you can't get to the studio

A library of classes that's yours already,

and a membership for anyone who can't get to Broughty Ferry.

Some weeks you make it in. Other weeks the car's in the garage, or the school run overruns, or it's dark and wet and the sofa has an opinion about it.

And for some people, Broughty Ferry was never within reach — you've moved away, or the timings have never once worked, or you were never local to begin with.

Neither of those means starting again. That's what this page is for.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY CLASS PACK

The library is already yours

Buy a 5, 10 or 15 class pack and the on-demand library comes with it. No extra cost, nothing to set up — a thank-you for making Nutrio part of your week.

It's for the in-between days. Ten minutes before bed when your back has been complaining. A Sunday morning when you want to move but don't want to get in the car. The week after a holiday when you're easing back in and would rather do it in your own front room first.

You'll find it in your Nutrio account, and it's better again in the app, which remembers where you got to and lets you download a class before you lose signal.

And if you can't get in one week, your class credits work on the livestream classes too. Same class, joined from your living room.

If you can't get to Broughty Ferry

Some people can't come in. You've moved away, or the class times don't fit around your work, or Dundee was never within reach in the first place. Nutrio Pilates At Home is for you.

Unlimited, for £30 a month

  • The full on-demand library — short sessions and full-length classes

  • Unlimited live classes — join from anywhere, book as many as you like

  • Seven days free, before you pay anything

  • Cancel whenever you like — it's a rolling month, not a contract

It doesn't include studio classes. This is the at-home version and it's built to stand on its own — so if you'd like to come to Broughty Ferry as well, studio classes are booked separately.

If you've never done this before

You don't need to be flexible, and you don't need to have done Pilates before. What you do need is a mat, and enough floor space to lie down with your arms out.

Some weeks we use a small ball, a resistance band or a tennis ball. None of it is expensive, and I'll tell you the week before so there's time to order something — or to have a look round the house. A rolled-up towel does most of what a small ball does. A dressing gown belt will stand in for a resistance band, the tennis ball can be substituted with a tightly wound pair of socks and two water bottles make for a handy pair of light weights.

You also don't need to have your camera on if you'd rather not. Some people keep it on because they want the feedback. Some keep it off because they’re happier focusing on how they move than tidying the space in the camera view. Both are completely fine.

Whenever you're ready

If you've got a class pack, the library is already sitting in your account. Nothing to decide.

And if you're joining us from further afield — the first week is free, and there's nothing to cancel if it isn't for you.
