WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first session begins with a conversation — about your history, any injuries or conditions, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, your instructor designs a session that meets you exactly where you are.

Over time, sessions build progressively — developing strength, mobility, and control in a way that's meaningful and measurable. Many clients combine 1:1 sessions with group classes as their confidence and capacity grow.

Sessions are 50 minutes.


The spring-based resistance system offers something no mat class or gym machine can: the ability to support and challenge the body simultaneously. You don't need to know anything about this equipment before you arrive — your instructor will guide you through everything.

Many of our 1:1 clients arrive via physiotherapy — either with Ailsa directly, or referred from elsewhere. The transition from rehab into movement is one of the things Nutrio does particularly well, and 1:1 sessions are often the bridge that makes it seamless.
