SUNDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER
Open Day
Sunday 20th September
The upstairs studio has six reformers in it now, and on Sunday 20 September we're opening the doors so you can come and see it.
You'll get a taste of a group reformer class, a proper look round the room, and a chance to meet our new instructors, who'll be teaching up there from Monday.
Twenty minutes, six people at a time, free.

Bringing someone with you?
Please do. Your partner, your sister, your mum, the friend who keeps saying she really should do something — we'd love to meet the people who matter to you, and to help them discover Pilates too.
You can book their place at the same time as your own. Add a second place when you book, and they don't need to do anything except turn up.
Scheduled classes start from the next morning.
Group reformer classes begin on Monday 21 September, in classes of six.
What to Expect
You don’t need to have used a reformer before. Most people coming won’t have.
Wear something you can move in, you don’t wear shoes on a reformer so clean socks are perfect. Come a little early before your slot if you’d like a look around first.
There’s parking infront of the studio on Brook street, or the windmill carpark nearer the castle.
It’s the same attention to detail you’d get in any class here: exercises modified for you rather than for the room, and someone paying attention to how you’re actually moving. New equipment, not a new approach.
