Mat Pilates
No equipment, just careful progressive movement to build strength, stability, and body awareness. A great place to start.
Reformer Pilates
Small group equipment class on the reformer, six people at a time. A welcoming class environment — the springs support you as much as they challenge you.
Studio Circuits
Small group equipment class using reformers, chairs, trapeze table, and more. Welcoming and unhurried — you'll always feel supported.
That's completely understandable — and you're not alone. Many of our clients begin their Nutrio journey one-to-one, building confidence before joining a group setting.

Managing pain or recovering from injury? A thorough assessment gives you a clear picture of how your body is moving — and the right next step.
1:1 Pilates equipment session
A private session on the Pilates equipment, tailored entirely to you. Many clients use these to get comfortable with the reformer before joining Studio Circuit.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
All new clients complete a short health form before their first visit — you'll receive this automatically when you book online. It takes just a few minutes.
Arrive five minutes early for your first visit so you have time to settle in.
Wear something comfortable you can move in, and bring water. We'll take care of everything else.
BOOKING AND RESCHEDULING
Download the Nutrio app before your first visit. Your bookings live there, so you can see what's coming up and move a session if the week doesn't go to plan.
Life happens — a child off school, a meeting that overruns. Rearranging a class takes about ten seconds, and you won't lose it.
